We have an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our thriving Community Nursing Service across Hampshire in a permanent role, delivering outstanding care to the community in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Community Nursing Service provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, operating 12 hours a day (8am–8pm), 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care and ensuring our staff feel valued, supported, and encouraged to develop their skills.
In this role, you'll work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, contributing to care planning, evaluation, and effective communication across services. A full driving license and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
