Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare is seeking two Bladder and Bowel Nurses to join our specialist team. We have opportunities within our Mid and North Hampshire Bladder and Bowel Teams. Successful candidates will become part of both their local multidisciplinary community team, which forms an integral part of the Hampshire wide Community Bladder and Bowel Service.

We are looking for candidates who either hold additional qualifications in continence care or who have a strong interest in developing their skills in this field. Training and upskilling will be provided as part of the role.

As a Bladder and Bowel Nurse, you will provide holistic support to patients across a variety of settings, including clinics, patients' homes, and care homes. The primary aim of the service is to understand each patient's individual needs through specialist assessment and then to develop a conservative treatment and management plan that will support and promote their independence.

You will also work closely with and support the development of unregistered and junior staff within the service. You will be required to work closely and collaboratively with other relevant clinicians and services across the local healthcare system to promote both seamless pathways and joined up care for our patients.
