Beechwood Ward at Parklands Hospital is a specialist assessment and treatment inpatient service for older adults with functional mental health needs, including depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. The ward provides a safe, therapeutic environment, supported by access to a dedicated garden and outdoor seating area for patients and visitors, promoting wellbeing and recovery.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Charge Nurse to provide strong clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. The post holder will play a key role in coordinating the multidisciplinary team, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, responsive, and recovery-focused environment in line with Trust and CQC standards.
