An exciting opportunity to work in the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team who are looking to recruit a Care Navigator for our friendly, fast paced multi-disciplinary team. Based at Parklands House Basingstoke, some of the benefits of joining our team are:

The main responsibilities consist of leading a small administrative team, managing the performance and business data requirements within the EIP Service. You will be responsible for overseeing all data management, look to improve ways of working, work closely alongside the business/service development needs and support junior members of the administrative team.

Good skills in data analysis, Excel, minute taking and organisation are a must, as well as being able to organise a busy workload and being able to build working relationships with key people. While not clinical, the post holder plays a vital role in ensuring the patient experience is positive by reducing administrative barriers.
