Role
We are calling for band 6 to apply for this post in our innovative Community Therapy Team.
Community Therapy Teams are a supportive team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and support workers, providing domiciliary rehabilitation to the population of the Mid Hampshire.
The Occupational Therapists will work with patients in their own environment with a functional focus to improve their quality of life and promote independence in the home and work.
