We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, & forward-thinking Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rotational service across our Community Rehabilitation Hospital, Community Therapy Team, & Hospital at Home Service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist wishing to develop specialist skills across a range of settings while working within a supportive & innovative multidisciplinary team (MDT).
You will play a key role in supporting patients to maximise independence, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, & facilitate safe discharge & rehabilitation within their own homes & local communities.
