If so, this is an exciting time to be considering a career as a Community Public Health Staff Nurse 5-19 in Public Health Nursing 5-19 Service (formerly School Nursing) within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Children and Families Team.
The Service supports school aged children in Education and our Home Learners across Hampshire. You will contribute to assessment, planning and delivery of commissioned Public Health Services, as part of the Community Public Health Nursing 5-19 Team based at Aldershot Centre for Health.
If you are a registered NMC Nurse and looking to join a thriving, innovative and developing service which puts children, young people, and their families at its core, then this is the job for you.
This role requires highly motivated and compassionate Community Public Health Staff Nurses who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, work as part of a skill mix team to enable the excellent delivery of commissioned aspects of the Healthy Child Programme. You will be required to work alongside partner agencies to achieve best health outcomes for school aged children and their families.
