You will deliver high level assessment, complex clinical decision making, evidence based interventions and personalised care for people with diverse and often challenging needs. As a visible clinical leader, you will collaborate with senior managers, APs, Consultant Practitioners and multiprofessional teams to ensure safe, effective, high quality care. You will provide supervision to trainee APs and support staff development within a culture of continuous learning.
