We are recruiting for an experienced working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (M&E) to manage mechanical engineering works across three operational hospital environments in West London. This position is ideal for a working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, M&E Site Supervisor, or Building Services Supervisor with strong experience in critical environments, commercial mechanical systems, and leading site teams.
As the working Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate labour across multiple locations, diagnose system faults, and maintain excellent relationships with healthcare clients—supported by a wider operations and commercial team.
Working Pattern:
- Site-based Mechanical Site Supervisor role across three hospital locations.
- Travel between sites as required by programme and workload.
- Core hours: 07:30–17:00.
- Working within live healthcare and critical environments.
Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
- Supervise and deliver mechanical engineering works across multiple hospital sites.
- Plan labour, resources, and programmes as a Contracts Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor or Building Services Supervisor.
- Diagnose Steam and MTHW faults to support quotations and technical proposals.
- Lead teams of 6–8 operatives, maintaining safety, productivity, and quality.
- Deliver toolbox talks and ensure RAMS and permit systems are in place.
- Attend client meetings and build strong stakeholder relationships as an M&E Site Supervisor.
- Identify additional works, variations, and commercial opportunities.
- Complete job reports and documentation using digital systems and Microsoft applications.
- Maintain the highest safety standards in operational hospital settings.
