Maison Pierre Marcolini is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our prestigious new boutique on Regent Street in London with a salary in the range of £30,000–£32,000 per annum plus bonus. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while overseeing daily operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service, visual presentation, and team performance.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Leading by example and delivering a premium, personalised client experience that reflects Maison Pierre Marcolini's luxury positioning
  • Driving sales performance and actively contributing to achieving store targets
  • Supervising, coaching, and motivating team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality barista service, including coffee and specialty beverages
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to reflect brand excellence
  • Overseeing stock management, inventory control and coordinating deliveries
