Wiggin in Cheltenham is seeking a senior L&D professional to lead Wiggin Academy 2030 and turn plans into an actionable programme across the firm. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract, 3–4 days per week, based in Cheltenham with travel to London as needed.
You will deliver a joined-up learning offer, blend facilitation, digital and on-the-job elements, and ensure content connects to live work and performance objectives.
