We are seeking a reliable and organised Weekend Site Supervisor to support our Animal Management facilities at Parsons Walk Campus and Leigh Campus. Working weekends and College closure periods, you will be responsible for opening and closing sites, ensuring security, and supporting the Animal Care team to provide a safe and efficient working environment.

About the Role

As Weekend Site Supervisor, you will:

  • Open and close campuses safely during weekends and College closure periods (including Bank Holidays, Christmas, and New Year).
  • Perform key-holder duties and ensure all areas are secure.
  • Conduct basic site safety checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Support the Animal Care Technicians by facilitating smooth operations and assisting with logistical tasks when required.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and other campus teams to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed to support campus operations and animal welfare activities.

Hours: 5.5 hours per day – Saturday and Sunday (additional cover on Bank Holidays and closure periods).

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
  • Has relevant experience in site supervision, facilities management, or a similar environment.
  • Is practical, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail.
  • Can work weekends, Bank Holidays, and during College closure periods.
  • Has strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
