Do you have strong sector experience and a skill for bringing learning to life? If so, we would love you to join our team as a Health & Social Care Lecturer. In this pivotal role, you will actively contribute to the educational journey of our learners by:
- Leading the innovation, development, implementation, and organisation of designated courses and programmes within Health & Social Care.
- Teaching across a range of programmes including BTEC Nationals, CACHE, and T Levels in Health, as well as elements of the Science curriculum, where required.
- Contributing to marketing, open events, and admissions activities to attract and inspire future students.
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures and supporting effective resource management.
- Creating a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application.
Requirements: We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong and relevant occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
- Confidence in delivering both Health & Social Care content and essential scientific principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Experience supporting students across a range of levels, including 16β18 and adult learners.
- Innovative and adaptable teaching approaches that support diverse learning needs and high achievement.
