About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding, inspirational, and enthusiastic Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join the successful Construction Department based at our Pagefield site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning experiences to 14-19 learners.
- Plan and organise lessons effectively to ensure all learners are engaged and progress successfully.
- Use excellent classroom management, communication, and IT skills to liaise effectively with learners and colleagues.
- Inspire and enthuse students about Carpentry & Joinery, helping them to achieve their full potential.
About You
- Qualified to Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery through an advanced apprenticeship.
- Extensive experience working within the industry.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and IT skills.
