We are looking for an exceptional Lecturer A to join our Hospitality and Catering department. The post holder will be required to teach Professional Cookery to Entry 3 to Level 3 students and should possess excellent vocational skills and experience. Candidates should be qualified to Level 3 in Professional Cookery and hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one. Experience in leading qualification processes and managing IV/EV processes would be advantageous.
