What You\’ll Do:
- Coach and assess apprentices working towards their Level 3 Electrical Installation apprenticeship
- Lead portfolio sessions, conduct workplace assessments, and guide apprentices toward achieving their AM2S / end-point assessment.
- Work closely with employers to create tailored action plans that ensure apprentices are on track to qualify as electricians.
- Support apprentices with personal development and broader workplace skills.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the electrical sector by helping apprentices become qualified, confident professionals.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (minimum) and real-world industry experience.
- 18th Edition qualification and a JIB card.
- An assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1) is desirable, but we’re happy to support the right candidate in achieving this.
