This is where hospitality becomes real.

In our restaurant, students don’t just learn about service — they experience it in action.

Your role is to make sure that environment runs smoothly, safely and to the high standards expected in the industry.

You’ll work behind the scenes and on the floor, preparing the restaurant, supporting live service and helping students understand what professional front-of-house work really looks and feels like.

From setting tables and supporting service flow, to maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guests have a positive experience, you’ll help create a working restaurant environment where students can learn through doing — and where standards matter.

You’ll also work directly with learners during service, helping them build confidence, communication skills and professionalism under real pressure.

Some will be serving their first guests.

Others will be refining skills that lead into careers in hospitality, events, hotels or customer service.

If you’ve worked in hospitality and understand the pace, detail and discipline it takes to deliver a great service, this is a chance to bring that experience into a role that shapes future professionals
