Wigan Council’s Events & Hospitality Team is seeking a dedicated catering operative to support operations across Robin Park Leisure Centre and other borough venues. You will be part of the catering staff, helping manage kitchen resources and ensure quality service for events across our portfolio.
You will handle cash, use a POS system and perform cash reconciliations, while staying compliant with health and safety, food safety, COSHH and manual handling.
