Salary: Grade 1, £14,516 per annum. £12.65 per hour
22 hours per week

Your role:
- You will work in a busy residential home in the heart of Leigh which supports older people with dementia to live well and age well.
- You will maintain high standards of cleanliness within a home environment.
- You will demonstrate values of compassion and empathy whilst working in a residential setting engaging with residents.
- You will follow cleaning schedules ensuring cleanliness and infection control standards are met throughout the home.
About you:
- You will need to be flexible to the needs of the service and be able to work on a rota pattern that includes unsociable hours including weekends.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- You will need to be kind and caring and have a good sense of humour and be understanding when supporting residents with dementia.
- You will need to display values and compassion at all times.
- You will also need to have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of the team.
