Join Robin Park Leisure Centre as Head of Racquet Sports and lead an exciting programme featuring Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, and Badminton across premium indoor and outdoor facilities. You will drive growth, deliver exceptional experiences, and build partnerships to create inclusive pathways for all ages and abilities from beginners to regional competitors. With access to bespoke tennis courts, eight badminton courts, and future Padel opportunities, this is your chance to shape a vibrant racquet sports community. Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering racquet sports programmes, including coaching pathways, group sessions, competitions, and outreach activities.
- Leading and mentoring coaching staff.
- Managing schedules and resources.
- Fostering community engagement through partnerships and marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health standards.
Qualifications
- Essential requirements include: LTA Level 4 (or equivalent), Accreditation+, coaching experience, leadership skills, and valid certifications.
- Desirable qualifications include: Level 5, experience in public leisure settings, and IT literacy.
Full-time hours include evenings and weekends with flexibility during events and holidays.
