The Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic professional to join our Resourced Provision team.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional support, delivering tailored interventions, adapting learning, and creating a highly nurturing, structured environment where every child can succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including communication and interaction, cognition and learning, and sensory profiles.
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised learning and targeted intervention.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, parents/carers, and external agencies.
  • Supporting pupils to access mainstream learning where appropriate.
  • Contributing to EHCP reviews, assessments, and progress monitoring.
  • Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience or a passion for working with children with SEND (school-based experience preferred).
  • Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a child-centred approach.
  • Be committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • Bring creativity, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
