Responsibilities
- Lead a team on the development and delivery of the Housing Asset Management Plan.
- Drive innovative housing delivery strategies through direct delivery and by working with partners.
- Represent the Council professionally and align with strategic goals.
- Contribute to improving tenant satisfaction by supporting delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services within Housing Services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in asset management of a large housing stock (Housing Revenue Account).
- Ability to work collaboratively across housing sector organisations.
- Strategic planning, budget management, effective communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to identify opportunities for income generation and cost savings; solid understanding of property markets and data systems.

Details
Salary: Grade 14, £61,706 – £66,043 per annum.
37 hours per week.
