Landgate is a school for learners aged 4-19 with Autism and/or communication and interaction conditions. The Role
We are in an exciting position and looking to appoint dynamic, inspirational, energetic and creative Higher-Level Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will have evidence of;
- An NVQ Level 4 Teaching Assistant/HLTA qualification or equivalent level of qualification in relevant area or showing a commitment of working towards (HLTA qualification must be gained within 12 months of starting).
- Flexibility, resilience and creativity.
- Building positive relationships with staff, parents and other professionals.
- Outstanding classroom practice, being able to plan and deliver structured activities that interest and motivate learners, advancing their learning.
