Wigan And Leigh Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Nurse Specialist team as HNS or AHNS. This 37-hour-per-week role provides high-quality specialist palliative care to patients and families, with a pathway to progression into an HNS position.
You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, delivering advanced assessment, symptom management, and care planning, while supporting carers and coordinating with other professionals.
