You will act as the highest technical escalation point for complex incidents, major outages, and problem investigations across our nationwide network estate.
You will mentor L2 Engineers, lead troubleshooting across wired, wireless and WAN infrastructure, and drive improvements in standards, automation and documentation while supporting strategic customer projects.
