About the Role As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high-quality results. Duties also include: Operate machinery safely Meet production targets Load and unload materials Maintain cleanliness of work areas Participate in training This role helps us deliver high-quality products and supports our purpose across the business. This site produces bricks, roof tiles, and our Keymer Heritage tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high-quality building materials across the UK. This position is based at our Ewhurst site, which is near Walliswood and Oakwoodhill and easily commutable from Horsham, Cranleigh, Guilford, Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.
