About the role

As a Sales Order Processor you will be a trusted part of our customer support team. Youll help keep our service accurate, consistent, and clear. Your work supports our commitment to reliable order processing and customer care.

This is a fixed term contract up to 12 months depending on business needs.

Duties also include:

  • Entering customer sales orders into SAP
  • Allocating correct pricing from spreadsheets or project details
  • Keeping system information updated
  • Responding quickly to urgent issues
  • Checking order details including product codes, delivery addresses, and customer requirements
  • Recording information to help on time delivery

Your work helps us deliver a smooth and dependable service for our customers and supports our wider operations. Youll help us stay organised and responsive.

This role is based at Sandtoft, Doncaster, with access by road from nearby towns and cities. Due to the location, you will need access to a personal vehicle (or alternative modes of transport). Free parking is available on-site.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

About you

Essential

  • Attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Good analytical skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
  • A positive and proactive approach

Desirable

  • Good experience as a business administrator
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
