Join us as an Area Sales Manager covering our Northern territory. Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. You will be working for Building Product Design, a division of Wienerberger Ltd. Building Product Design is a leader in the fields of roofing ventilation, construction membranes, building ventilation, and other specialised building products. We are known for our expertise, product excellence, and industry-leading in-house research, development and testing.
As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving high-quality customer relationships, supporting strong commercial performance, and contributing to our trusted reputation across the Northern region (North West and North East). You will be a proactive partner to customers in the construction industry as you support our Glidevale Protect division and help bring effective ventilation and roofing solutions to market. You will lead sales activity across your territory, build meaningful client relationships, and progress specifications that support excellence for our customers and their projects.
Duties also include:
- Achieve sales and margin targets across the defined territory.
- Carry out planned appointments with key clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and regional housebuilders.
- Develop specifications and define project requirements.
- Manage key accounts and develop new business.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and housebuilders.
- Make strategic outbound calls and build market presence.
- Support project progression and maintain accurate information.
Your work will help us deliver high-quality product solutions across the built environment and you'll play a key part in supporting our customers and strengthening our reputation across the industry.
