About the Role
As an Aftersales Advisor you will be a trusted advisor for customers of our Brick and Tile products, investigating issues, resolving complaints and credits, and delivering a high-quality customer service experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with clear communication throughout.
Duties also include:
Process enquiries and investigate issues with internal stakeholders including Credit Control, Despatch, Ports, Sales, Supply Chain, Technical teams and factories
Process the agreed outcomes following an investigation, such as returning/replacing products for customers.
Action requests relating to credits, letters and any remedial work
Request quotes, raise purchase orders on SAP, and arrange remedial works with customers and contractors
Communicate with Logistics regarding transport damage claims
Issue standard letters relating to product complaints and liaise with factories on colour and texture issues
Log and process credits and debits and update SAP pricing where required
Answer emails and calls relating to returns, replacement orders and remedial work
Maintain documentation, audit trails and appropriate authorisations for complaints and credits
Provide updates on credits and complaints and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Your work will help us provide excellent service to our customers, strengthen long-term relationships and support operational excellence across the business. By resolving issues quickly and professionally, you will contribute directly to customer confidence and business performance.

This role is based at Sandtoft. The site is accessible from Doncaster, Scunthorpe and surrounding areas, with convenient road links across the region. Free parking is available at the site.
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Essential
Strong customer service focus
Good experience of complaint and credit administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving approach
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders
Reliable, efficient and conscientious team player
Knowledge of health and safety requirements
Desirable
Experience of SAP
Experience working with remedial work processes
Knowledge of construction or building products
Experience managing audit trails and documentation
