About the role
As Head of Health & Safety (UK & Ireland) you will be leading the health and safety strategy across our UK and Ireland operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, site teams and external stakeholders to build a strong safety culture, maintain high standards, and support operational excellence across the business.
Duties include:
- Champion and embed a high-performance safety culture across UK and Ireland operations
- Lead the Health & Safety function (including line management responsibilities)
- Provide strategic direction on health and safety policies, procedures and standards
- Oversee audit and inspection programmes across operational sites
