Join us as a MRP Controller
Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.
About the role
As a MRP Controller you will be responsible for helping to keep our production and inventory plans aligned with customer demand. Youll work closely with colleagues across sales, production and supply chain, as well as using SAP data and planning tools to support service levels, stock availability and efficient production scheduling.
Youll play an important role in ensuring materials and products are available at the right time, helping us respond to changing market demand with agility and efficiency.
Duties also include:
- Maintain agreed stock levels of products
- Analyse stock data and identify trends using SAP
- Maintain effective links between Sales and Production teams
- Schedule factory product changes with Production Managers
- Provide advice on sales capacity and stock availability
- Oversee and compile production schedules
- Review safety stock and MRP settings and recommend changes
- Prepare weekly reports covering issues, planning and availability
- Manage back orders to support Customer Support and Distribution teams
- Lead weekly production meetings with a structured agenda
