About The Role

As Customer Support Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to our Customer Support team in Cheadle. Duties are varied, including processing customer orders, managing order schedules, running various reports, cleansing data in our order book, and providing telephone cover during busy periods. You may also cover reception during holidays/absence.

Hours of Work: 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We can consider flexible working requests on a case‑by‑case basis, and would be open to discussing part‑time job‑share arrangements or compressed hours. The role is office‑based, but we can consider ad‑hoc hybrid working arrangements on a case‑by‑case basis.

About You

You will have experience working in an administration role in a busy office environment. With a passion for customer service, you will have good attention to detail, and you will enjoy working in a friendly team that helps our customers to get their products on time.

You Will Also Have:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence with Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible approach
  • Desirable – experience in a customer‑services environment
