Role Overview
We are seeking an IAA Level 2 or Level 3 accredited Immigration Adviser to join our growing team. This is a flexible, part-time role with the option of hybrid working, while maintaining access to our Cardiff office as required. The successful candidate will handle a range of UK immigration matters, ensuring all advice and casework complies with IAA regulations and Home Office requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide regulated immigration advice in line with IAA Level 2 or Level 3 accreditation
- Manage and prepare immigration applications and supporting documentation
- Advise clients on UK visa routes, extensions, settlements, and compliance matters
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance at all times
- Liaise with the Home Office and other relevant authorities where required
- Support internal compliance and quality assurance processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid IAA Level 2 or Level 3 accreditation
- Proven experience in UK immigration casework
- Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and Home Office procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads efficiently
- Language Skills (At least one language is required)
Candidates with proficiency in one or more of the following languages will have a strong advantage: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu.
