Widener University seeks an Assistant Director for the Office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). This 10‑month position combines clinical care with administrative leadership to provide psychotherapy, assessments, and referrals, while supporting program implementation for a diverse student body.

The role reports to the Executive Director of CAPS and collaborates across university leadership to ensure continuity of services, compliance with laws, and effective outreach to students.
