The Department of Art and Music seeks a part-time instructor to teach two sections of a Western music survey during Fall 2025.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach two introductory-level Western music surveys — Medieval to the present
  • Design syllabi and implement pedagogies within discipline norms and best practices
  • Hold 4 office hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MA in Music History or related field
  • Experience teaching undergraduate music history
  • Availability to teach on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-10:45 am
