The Media Project Coordinator will independently manage sponsored Snap projects and ensure deliverables are executed within the defined scope and requirements. They have a proven track record of handling a high volume of concurrent projects (typically around 10 at any given time) across a diverse client base, keeping everything running smoothly and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the trafficking of all video project requests to vetted video production companies, ensuring briefs are complete, budgets meet requirements, and cultural or language considerations are factored into partner selection.
- Confidently hosting video calls with media agencies, end clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and fostering strong working relationships that reflect the culture and expectations of leading media companies.
- Tracking all projects accurately, ensuring data inputs in Monday.com align with production guidelines and project details.
- Conducting timely project kickoffs, ensuring all brief details are captured, stakeholder alignment is achieved, and final asset approvals are completed for payment.
- Building project timelines and approving budgets for eligible ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests.
- Proactively identifying potential challenges during project kickoff and offering creative solutions.
- Effectively juggling approximately 10 active projects at once, ensuring deadlines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.
