About The Felix Project

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity, rescuing surplus food and delivering it to over 1,200 community organisations to fight food waste and hunger.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator to help manage, maintain, and improve our core systems. This is not a developer role – the majority of changes are made using Dynamics’ built-in wizards, configuration tools, and drag-and-drop features. This role is perfect for someone with strong system admin experience, a good understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate needs into system updates using standard Dynamics functionality. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the charity, support user queries, and help shape more efficient ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for all Dynamics 365 users
  • Use Dynamics configuration tools (no coding required) to set up forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
  • Log, triage, and resolve user tickets using our DevOps tracking system
  • Test and support new features and bug fixes before they go live
  • Help with user setup, licensing, and security role management
  • Maintain clean, accurate data and deduplicate records where needed
  • Assist with reporting improvements via Dataverse and Power BI
  • Train staff on Dynamics features and support day-to-day queries
  • Work with internal teams and limited external support partners

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 super user, administrator, or analyst
  • Confident with non-code system configuration and user support
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable translating business requirements into system changes
  • Keen to learn and improve systems that help us maximise impact

Our Values

  • We solve it differently – Creative and solutions-driven
  • We make it happen – Committed and accountable
  • We do it together – Inclusive and collaborative
  • We do it with heart – Caring for each other and our communities

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
