IT Support Technician / IT Support Analyst /1st/2nd Support / 1st & 2nd Line Support / IT Technician / End User Support Technician
Our client is an AI powered customer experience software company based in London.
They are looking for an IT support technician to support the users based in Central London:
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting Mac OS, Windows OS, Linux OS, IT network, switches and routers, Active Directory, Group Policy, AV and video conferencing, storage, backups
- Support modern workspace technologies such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, JAMF, Airwatch
- Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escape technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA;
- Documentations
- Scripting using Bash or Powershell or Bash and help build small automation tools
Requirements:
- -2 + years experience working as IT support/service desk;
- Working knowledge in troubleshooting Mac OS X/Mac/Apple technologies and Windows OS
- Experience in JAMF MDM is a big plus
- Experience in modern digital workspace technologies such Google Workspace, Okta, Slack is a big plus
Initially 12 months full time contract and very likely to renew afterwards, inside IR35 contract £200 per day. 5 days on site in central London near Liverpool Street (Mon-Fri standard business hours).
