Role Overview

They are looking for an IT Support technician to join London, Farringdon office:

  • 6 to 12 months experience
  • Right hand man to IT support manager on site and be the escalation point for IT issues
  • Monday – Friday normal business hours

This contract is Inside IR35 and paying £160 per day.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting mostly Mac OSX plus some Windows OS and Linux OS, IT network, AD, storage, backups and digital workspace technologies such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, JAMF/Airwatch
  • Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, elevate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA
  • Documentations
  • Help with IT network configuration, IT project work and IT inventory

Requirements

  • 6-12 months experience working as IT support
  • Working knowledge in Gsuite or Mac OSX
  • Excellent client facing and problem solving skills, creative thinking and sociable personality
