We are seeking experienced Shift Manager for our operation at our new warehouse in Leamington Spa. Working across a multi user site and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of warehouse operations during their shift within contract logistics. The role is accountable for achieving contractual KPIs, managing operational processes, people, and where needed client support / interaction, whilst also ensuring health and safety and team development is at the forefront.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop team members allocated to the shift to ensure positive, accountable and consistent performing culture.
- Manage inbound, outbound as needed for the shift.
- Ensure activities are being met to the SLA agreements for the shift.
- Lead and manage people and allocate work accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process improvement and best practice.
- Conform to budget requirements as set by the senior team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety.
