B2B SaaS | Full-time | Remote, UK-based

As a UK-based B2B SaaS company, the organization specializes in integrating performance reviews, goal tracking, 360-degree feedback, employee engagement, and manager-led check-ins directly into Microsoft Teams and Outlook. It empowers HR leaders to streamline and enhance end-to-end performance management processes seamlessly within their existing Microsoft 365 workspace.

What you’ll do;

  • Generate your own pipeline. Research target accounts, identify relevant decision-makers and build opportunities through email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals and professional relationships.

  • Make outreach relevant. Understand each account’s priorities and identify a credible reason to start a conversation.

  • Run effective discovery. Understand how prospects manage employee performance today, where their processes fall short and what would justify a change.

  • Deliver tailored demonstrations. Connect company's capabilities to the prospect’s needs and show how the product fits into their Microsoft 365 environment.

  • Manage complex buying conversations. Build relationships across HR, IT, procurement and leadership, and keep the buying process moving.

  • Negotiate and close. Own commercial discussions, proposals and follow-up through to signature, then provide a clear handover to Customer Success.

  • Maintain a dependable forecast. Keep your CRM records current, qualify opportunities honestly and identify risks early.

  • Improve how we sell. Share customer feedback, test messaging and contribute approaches that the wider team can use.

What we’re looking for;

  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, including substantial recent experience selling SaaS or business software.

  • A demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and winning new customers.

  • Recent success generating and closing your own opportunities, with clear examples of how you originated those relationships.

  • Strong discovery, product demonstration, negotiation and closing skills.

  • Experience managing opportunities involving several stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior buyers.

  • The discipline to balance prospecting with active opportunities, follow-up and forecasting.

  • UK-based, with the right to work in the UK.

Experience selling HR technology, performance management software or Microsoft-related business applications would be particularly relevant. We also welcome candidates from other software categories who can demonstrate a strong fit with our customers and sales process.
