The Protect Me Project exists to prevent commercial sexual exploitation in countries of origin. We have volunteers and prevention teams working in schools, community centers, churches, and more in over fifteen countries currently. PMP is looking for college interns who are English/Spanish bilingual and desire to engage not only in missions but in community development and human trafficking prevention.

The Internship includes:

  • Distance learning: Complete the majority of your hours and connect with global workers from the comfort of your home or college dorm/campus.
  • Weekly Check-Ins with the Intern Coordinator and team members.
  • Completion of PMP’s two-phase training in Human Trafficking Prevention (Online).
  • Completion of the “Anti-Trafficking” professional certificate through FSU (Online).
  • 2-3 weeks overseas working “hands-on” with Protect Me Project volunteers and staff members to do prevention activities and interviews.

Internship Requirements:

  • Valid passport or ability to attain one.
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and a passion for prevention education!
