Product Engineer to join our partner company!

Our partner is building advanced AI systems that accelerate progress in the physical world, helping transform industries such as aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy that are still constrained by outdated, manual processes.

They are looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, product development, and user experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing intuitive workflows, solving complex problems, and taking complete ownership of features from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end product features, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data models.
  • Build intuitive user workflows by translating complex real-world processes into seamless software experiences.
  • Develop modern, production-grade frontend applications using React, Type Script, or equivalent technologies.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python.
  • Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, AI agents, and model-backed APIs, into customer-facing products.
  • Collaborate across engineering and product teams to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Take full ownership of features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously improve product quality, performance, and user experience while delivering production-ready software at high speed.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience building production applications with Type Script and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Experience developing backend services using Python.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or model-backed APIs into production products.
  • Strong understanding of designing and implementing complex application workflows beyond traditional CRUD systems.
  • Excellent product thinking with the ability to balance user experience, technical quality, and business impact.
  • High level of ownership and the ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced environments with evolving requirements.

  • Founder or early‑stage startup experience.
  • Experience in founder fellowship programs such as EF, YC, or Antler.
  • Experience building and launching AI-powered products in production.
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving startup environments.
