We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our partner company! You will play a central role in building advanced AI systems that accelerate progress in the physical world, transforming industries such as aerospace, healthcare, and energy that are still slowed by outdated, manual systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multimodal foundation model–based products using cutting-edge LLM technologies.
- Apply expertise in LangChain, semantic search, RAG, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) to build scalable AI agents and tools.
- Ship production-grade code from day one and take full ownership of your projects.
- Develop technical specifications, build features end-to-end, and ensure reliable performance and scalability.
- Collaborate across functions to solve complex challenges in infrastructure, AI systems, and customer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building and shipping production-level software.
- Deep knowledge of large language models, agents, and multimodal AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, semantic search, indexing, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high sense of ownership.
