Founding Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our partner company!

You will play a key role in building the next generation of infrastructure that powers real-world innovation across industries such as aerospace, healthcare, and energy — industries still slowed down by outdated, manual systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy multimodal foundation model-based products using LLMs and advanced AI tools.
• Apply your knowledge of LangChain, semantic search, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning (SFT / RL) to create scalable, intelligent systems.
• Architect and maintain infrastructure, including relational and graph databases, containerized services, and cloud platforms.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle — from defining specs to shipping features and deploying to production.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and founders to solve complex problems across infrastructure, product, and operations.
• Contribute to building a culture of speed, ownership, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a software or AI engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering fast, production-grade code.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, agents, and multimodal systems.
• Proficiency with frameworks like LangChain and tools for indexing, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of databases, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bonus : experience founding or joining an early-stage startup.
