Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to build impactful solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end product features, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data models.
- Translate complex real-world processes into intuitive, production-ready software experiences.
- Build modern frontend applications using React, Type Script, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python to support scalable business logic and workflows.
- Design and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, agents, and model‑backed APIs, into customer‑facing products.
- Take full ownership of features from customer discovery and technical specification through deployment and iteration.
- Continuously improve user experience, system performance, and product quality while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building production applications with Type Script and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Experience developing backend services using Python.
- Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or model‑backed APIs into production environments.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to understand and simplify complex customer workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with technical and non‑technical customers.
- Ability to work independently in fast‑moving environments with evolving requirements and a high level of ownership.

- Experience in founder fellowship programs such as EF, YC, or Antler.
