We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our partner company! You will play a key role in building the next generation of infrastructure that powers innovation across industries like manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and energy. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade APIs, distributed systems, and backend services using Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
- Manage infrastructure involving relational and graph databases, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS + Pulumi preferred).
- Deploy to production from day one and take full ownership of your code and projects.
- Create technical specifications, build features end-to-end, and ensure scalability and performance.
- Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Contribute to a culture of speed, ownership, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a backend or infrastructure engineer.
- Proven track record of delivering production-level software in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
- Experience in distributed systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Bonus: previous experience in an early-stage startup or having founded a project yourself.
