We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Sales Support Assistant. Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UKβs leading manufacturer and supplier of play and leisure equipment and have been designing, manufacturing, installing, landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Maintaining stock levels of stationary, paper, ink, franking and goody bag supplies.
- Assembling postage boxes, laminating and chopping the drawings, printing tender/quote submissions and collating together for posting.
- Giving relevant paperwork to other departments.
- Uploading Social Value evidence onto relevant portal and managing the tracker.
- Categorising product photos.
- Keeping the printer room tidy and organised.
- Putting together goody bags for Social Value/Events/Adhoc Requests.
- Support for exhibitions i.e. packing goodies, brochures, printing relevant paperwork.
- Uploading product specification/installation sheets and case studies to the website.
- Keep a log of merchandise stock.
- Managing our sales inbox and distributing emails.
- Filtering company calls and transferring to relevant staff.
- Completing company information questions on tender paperwork.
- Cover for Sales Advisor role including prepping orders, quotation follow ups, lead qualifications and other duties requested.
- Any adhoc duties delegated by Supervisors, Managers or Directors.
