We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Office Administrator. Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of play and leisure equipment & have been designing, manufacturing, installing, landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE should:
- Have excellent telephone manner
- Prioritise workflow
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to problem solve effectively
- Possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Work well as a team as well as individually
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- General admin for internal and external sales
- Organising sales meetings and training days
- Admin for Sales Directors including board meeting presentations
- Closing of company books and issuing figures to the board
- Sending weekly sales, output and activity figures
- Forecasts for Area Managers
- Monthly board reports including forecasts, sales figures, output figures, ASM activity reports
- Submitting API figures
- New starter set up on systems
- General admin maintenance of CRM system
- Any adhoc duties delegated by Managers or Directors
