You’ll be the expert executing our trading plan, delivering top‑notch web merchandising, and turning performance data into real, impactful growth for the categories you look after, with a focus on our Design & Installation (D&I) audience as well as flooring and tiling.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the Digital Trading Plan: You'll deliver the trading plan for your categories across the website and digital ecosystem, working closely with our Commercial colleagues on promotions, range reviews, and newness.
- Optimising the Online Experience: You will manage tools and techniques to continuously improve website performance and boost sales. This includes everything from site search and visual merchandising to product bundling, cross‑selling, and social proofing.

- Managing and Developing Talent: You will manage one direct report, actively supporting their growth and ensuring they deliver on their objectives within the team.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in the role we expect you’ll have around 6+ years Digital Trading Expertise. You’ll bring extensive, hands‑on experience in digital eCommerce and website trading, with a brilliant grasp of product discovery, visual merchandising, and the full range of key eCommerce KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, ATV, path to purchase).
